Ingredients for 2 portions
  • 400g vegan gnocchi
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 200ml vegan cooking cream (here: oats)
  • 200g smoked tofu
  • 1 tablespoon of oil (here: olive oil)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 stalk of basil¹
  • salt, pepper
  • yeast flakes for topping (optional)
  1. heat some oil in a frying pan, chop onion and garlic and fry them lightly in the pan
  2. in the meantime, slice the mushrooms and put them in the pan
  3. cut the smoked tofu into small cubes, chop the basil and also add it to the pan
  4. add cooking cream, cover the pan with the lid and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. add salt, pepper and gnocchi and simmer for another 3-4 minutes, ready!
¹ Parsley is also very suitable, you have the choice.
