Here I have a super quickly made porrige for you, which provides you with a lot of healthy nutrients like Omega 3 thanks to the flax seeds and keeps you full for a long time. You only need a few basic ingredients, which you probably already have in your kitchen at home anyway.
We also offer hot apple compote, which you can prepare on the cooker at the same time as the porridge. All you need is a big apple, some water, cinnamon and liquid sweetener. I prefer to use maple syrup, but you can also use agave syrup, date syrup or similar. According to your taste. If your apple is sweet enough, you can even do without it completely.
