In search of a good basis for the day? Then I have the perfect smoothie bowl for you. Vegan, sugar-free, made super fast and very healthy! All you need are a few basic ingredients and a mixer and you're ready to go.
For the base I use vegetable protein powder. This makes the bowl more filling and it also makes it a little creamier. For this I use a mixture of pea and rice protein - whereby any other protein powder is also conceivable. I just thought for a long time what kind of protein powder I should buy and I got stuck with these two types. With a mixing ratio of 3 units of pea protein and 7 units of rice protein all essential amino acids are covered. So I bought both sorts and simply mixed 30g pea protein and 70g rice protein into one glass. My problem with many vegan protein powders is that they contain a lot of additives. And with this powder mixture you really have the pure protein and no unpleasant aftertaste, in my opinion.
Also the toppings of this Bowl are very variable. I prefer to use some muesli for the crunch, chia or linseed as omega 3 source, flea seed for digestion and some fresh fruit and fresh berries.
