This semolina porridge consists of only a few ingredients, is made fast and tastes very tasty. The consistency is variable, because you can cook it longer (so it becomes more solid) or add some more liquid if you like it a little bit more liquid. It also makes you full for a long time. I think it is the perfect change to porridge and brings a lot of energy into the kitchen.
It always reminds me a little of the cozy times at Grandma's... Except we're making a summer version of it here. But if you don't like to have a warm breakfast in summertime, you can also prepare the semolina porridge and enjoy it later. That works just as well.
