Finally summer again! Hot, sunny and what do you need? Right! Ice, ice, baby. I don't know why I didn't discover Nicecream until 2019, but I'm glad it finally happened. I love Nicecream. It's made so quickly and it's just delicious.
And honestly, that looks just delicious, doesn't it? Vegan ice cream from the supermarket is often full of sugar and unnecessary ingredients. So this ice cream is not only cheaper, but also 100% healthier. Sure, bananas may not be low in calories, but they still have less than a ready-made ice cream pumped full of sugar.
The riper the bananas are, the sweeter the ice cream becomes. This is why Nicecream is also ideal for recycling leftovers. Whenever I notice that the bananas get too brown, I cut them into slices and freeze them. That way you have the perfect sweetness for the Nicecream. By the way, this is why this ice cream is completely sugar-free. All you need here are bananas and cocoa - that's it. That's all this basic recipe needs.
If, like me, you don't like your ice cream extremely cold, I recommend that you let the bananas thaw a bit before mixing them so that they can be mixed better and don't have as much brain freeze potential.
