I am so happy that you made it all the way to my blog. A short note about me: I am a student, cat lover and have been living vegan since November 2019, so not that long ago. In fact, I've been a vegetarian for quite some time now, but I've always thought that it's difficult to balance a high-protein and vegan diet. I was afraid that I would lose athletic performance if I only ate plants. But it's all nonsense - if you spend some time on it, it's no problem at all. I feel better than ever and I don't have a guilty conscience after eating! And because I love good food, love to cook and to bake, I want to share my recipes with you. I really hope that I can inspire you and that you can benefit from my recipes, just like I learned and still learn a lot from other blogs.
